I did another 10k on Sunday! This time I was a bit more prepared so it felt really good! It was at the beach this time and the weather was perfect! Only got one picture of Layla, Kathleen and I the family stayed at home for this one! It was a great day and felt absolutley wonderful was able to do in 54.34... most importantly it just felt really good!
When I got home the kids surprised me with medals (which I was wearing proudly below) they had made, what could be more special than that!!! It was AWESOME... and have to thank my wonderful man for helping the kids and encouraging me!!!
