Asia is 5!!!!!

Our beautiful girl turned five today! We had a wonderful day of surprises, family & friends! She woke to decorations and a couple presents to open before school!

We had our friends over the Bray's to help celebrate that night! Annabel and Asia are very close friends plus they have a son, Jamie, that is Dakota's age, they all have so much fun together.

Next came the pinata! They loved it!

Asia really took it seriously and ended up tearing the poor unicorn to shreds!

Next came cake and ice cream... my cake this year was not to be bragged about!

After bath and pj's came the presents!

We had a very horse themed birthday she got the Playmobil Horse, a horse book, a horse outfit! She was thrilled!

Asia even let her brother share in the fun, she gave each of them three to open!

At the end of the day when I was putting her to bed she said, mommy thank you for all the decorations, making my cake and all my presents and planning my special trip, you are the best mommy! Really brought a beautiful end to a very special day!

Asia, you are our amazing, kind, smart, clever, talented, thinker! You care for others with such heart. You process everything and always have a great idea! You have compassion for others and love being around people! You are really good with adults and will talk their ear off as long as they will listen (you are my new best friend if you take the time to listen to children, what they say really does matter)! You are so inventive, always creating games, from guessing letters to making a pretend swim class out of our couch, towels, swim suits, chairs in all. You love to help others it really gives you joy! You love your prayers at night and asking questions like, where is Jesus now? Your brother and sister watch you in awe and learn from you everyday. We learn from you everyday! You love a challenge with a bit of mystery in it. You love to be on the go! Today, you asked if I could teach you how to skate board?! You are timid when you first meet people especially your peers but open up with pure joy once you get a bit comfortable. Giving up is not in your vocabulary!! Everyday Asia you amaze us, bring us pure joy and we love you for exactly who God created you to be and we pray you continue on that path and we as your parents would be wise leaders on that path, your heart would be your guide. Happy 5th Birthday Asia Dawn!!!!!!
