Sierra's very first bus ride and field trip.... her teacher said she was exhausted on the way back and actually fell asleep. They went downtown to Discovery Green.
Celebrating after the reward ceremony...
Dakota getting his award... he got many but the best was what his teacher said about him. She said he is the most delightful kid she has ever taught.

Asia's list of awards... she is such the text book first child... but she is so much more then that. After a huge move from Aberdeen to Houston she managed make all A's and E's all year long and hit every other mile stone in school. She didn't even know what A's or E's were when she got her first report card. She is determined and has a heart of gold.

Asia & Mrs. Goodwin (1st grade teacher)

We actually had friends from Aberdeen visit. It was such a special day for all of us. I never dreamed we would be pulling our kids from this school to that school to this house to that house or this country to that country. We are beyond blessed with all the opportunities we have but with that comes the heartache of moving more than I ever dreamed and leaving friends and making new friends much more then I thought my kids would have to! In the end it comes down to us as a family... staying solid.

Sierra as the catcher... I went out back and saw this and laughed! Asia and Dakota made sure she was protected!!
Dance party USA... this is a frequent event in our house...!!!

Fun day at the mall with Nannie!

Dakota jumping!

Dakota with no training wheels!

New summer shoes... YEAH. We never wore sandals or flip flops in Aberdeen this was so much fun for the kids! They wore those shoes out!!!!

Lots and lots of bike riding!!!
