Every Christmas Eve Ben's family heads up to this little cottage they have on their land to open presents with his cousin's family. It is a fun time and the kids love being with their second cousins to open gifts. We read the birth of Christ in Luke and have a birthday cake, the kids love it.

Dakota and Gunar! Dakota got a good taste of what it is like to have a big brother, the two were always kicking, throwing, wrestling... and I am pretty sure Aunt Karen's house took a beating and were told to go outside more than once, but it was great for Dakota to have that experience!
